Job description
We're looking for a Financial Controller to manage the company's financial operations, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements that support strategic decision-making. You'll take ownership of financial reporting, controls, and planning, working closely with founders to build a scalable finance function.
What You'll Work On
Own daily accounting operations, bookkeeping, and financial record-keeping.

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and MIS.
Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory regulations.
Lead audits and maintain accurate, audit-ready financial documentation.
Oversee vendor payments, invoicing, reimbursements, and payroll coordination.
Analyze financial data to provide insights that drive business decisions.
Design and implement financial controls, SOPs, and reporting processes.
Partner with founders on budgeting, cost optimization, and strategic planning.
Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth financial and operational alignment.
Preferred Background
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
CA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred.
4–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial control roles.
Experience in a startup or medical device industry preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial compliance.
Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
